We were very pleased to receive this testimonial from Mike Parkinson at Barclays Bank in Croydon:
“Challenger Catering produced and served some fantastic canapes at a recent event that I organised with some strategic partners. Feedback from our guests was very positive. What added real value was the varied advice and guidance Kardar provided during our planning meetings, not just related to the catering. Kardar is an excellent chef, an experienced events manager, totally reliable and a pleasure to do business with.”
There is nothing quite like a cake to make you feel special. Over Christmas Kardar has been making cakes to order and delivering them for clients.
They come in their own high quality, presentation box, which can be easily used again.
He is happy to make what ever you like. Chocolate cake, Carrot Cake or a traditonal Fruit Cake.
You can have either a small individual one, to give to a loved one or a large cake to feed the whole family.
Challenger Catering were just one of the exhibitors at the Autumn Wedding Fair at Nonsuch Mansion House. The house is a Georgian Gem set in acres of rolling parkland, near Cheam. It was a chance for the bride and groom, family and friends to wander around the mansion house and its beautiful gardens and have a chat with experts on how to make their day special.
As Kardar originally came from the port of Ipswich, he has never forgotten his love of the sea. In his spare time, he enjoys working with the Tooting and Balham Sea Cadets, on their training ship TS Constant. The Mayor of Wandsworth, Cllr Stuart Thom was recently invited to a reception by the Sea Cadets, to celebrate their work. Kardar provided the catering for the event. He chose dishes from the “Delectable Selection” of Canapes.
Kardar said “Everybody enjoyed the food. Especially the Smoked Trout Tower and the Thai seared Chicken
Happiness is a man holding the Barclays Premier League Trophy. It was all part of a reception, hosted by Sutton Chamber of Commerce at Barclays Bank. The Chamber wanted to keep local businesses up to date with all the proposed investment Sutton is expecting to see in the near future.
The high quality food was supplied by Kardar and Challenger Catering: Duck Parfait, Rhubarb Compote on Flat Bread, Stilton Mousse with Pecan Nut, Fig Puree on Blinis and Smoked Ham on Brown Bread with Mustard and Gherkin were just some of the delights on offer. One guest said “I didn’t just come back for seconds of the Duck Parfait, it was more like fifths and sixths.”
